“Another 5 Star Review! Dr. Hakim, Jessica and Leah (I hope I spelled this right) were absolutely amazing! Dr. Hakim was thorough and educational and completely tireless in his explanations when answering all of my questions. His staff is beyond compare! They were so sweet and compassionate; I hope they get pay commensurate with their abilities and client care! When I went to this appointment, I had so many concerns and worries; when I left this appointment, I felt assured and relieved. Dr. Hakim sets the example of what all medical professionals should strive to be. Read further if you'd like to hear my story. I called on a Friday afternoon with concerns about my low blood pressure. I had even blacked out in the shower a week prior. Jessica thought I should be seen that day (yesterday). She made my appointment as the last patient of the day. And although, they were running behind, once I was seen, I figured out why. Dr. Hakim is so thorough with his note taking and questions and attention to his patients, that it's no wonder we were there until after 6:00p.m. I had my three four month-old pups with me and while I was back with the doctor, Jessica (front end help) kept an eye on them for me and Leah (his assistant) would check on them intermittently as well! Dr. Hakim finished with his intake of complete medical history, signs and symptoms, then performed a complete chaperoned exam, followed by an echocardiogram. He then gave me my results and we came up with a game plan to come up with a more conclusive picture of what was going on with me. It was a relief to know that the echo came out good and that at least that part of the exam was a success! When I left the office, I may not have known the exact cause of my low blood pressure, but Dr. Hakim had set in place the ball rolling to rule out certain things and a game plan to follow (and a potential to find out the root cause). I have blood work to have done and a heart monitor coming to my house and a follow up in a month to review my results. I feel confident that should I experience any problems or have any questions between now and my appointment, I can simply call his office and I will be given directions on how to proceed. That's how good he is. The office is easy to find and parking is plenty. The waiting area is conducive to reducing stress and anxiety. This is only a satellite office for Dr. Hakim as I believe his regular office is in Clinton, so the space is shared with other professionals used on other days. I cannot say enough about Dr. Hakim and his staff. They truly are exceptional! If you need a cardiologist, this is your guy!”

They did some additional work that wasn't specified in the contract - attached a downspout more securely, blew all the leaves off the deck, and squirted water down the downspouts to make sure they were clear. We are very appreciative of all they did. The gutter guards look great and worked well during the heavy rain we had on Saturday. The office staff followed up well throughout the process.”
