    If you need a fast and friendly repair guy this is it! I had an issue with an appliance, he came out the same day that I called, identified the issue, had the part that I needed and installed it all in under an hour! He has great customer service and a very clean appearance and uniform, also wore shoe covers! Thank you for saving the day Mr. Appliance!! Couldn’t have asked for better service!

    I called Mr. Appliance to fix my refrigerator during the Christmas holiday. I found them after contacting the Sears appliance repair in my local area. Sears wanted to schedule an appointment that was almost a month out. Mr. Appliance was able to fit me in within a matter of days. The technician came to the house and not only found the problem but found a solution that saved me money. I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Appliance, from the initial phone call through the completion of my repair. I will definitely recommend Mr. Appliance.

    My washing machine broke down one night, and when I contacted Mr. Appliance the following morning, they came out the same day and had it completely fixed by the afternoon. From the very beginning, the customer service representative was so friendly and understanding of my situation. After talking to her, I only waited a few hours for the technicians to come out to my home. They were super nice and easy to talk to, and they explained all issues and solutions so well. They were so thorough in their evaluation of my washing machine and even recommended new stainless steel hoses since my old ones appeared to be leaking. They took the time to tell me what went wrong and talk to me about how to prevent the issue from happening again. For someone like me who knows nothing about appliances, I felt like I was in the best hands. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone. Their team is first class. Keep up the great work guys!
