(May 14, 2018, 7:44 pm)I have been to around 5-10 GROW Yoga classes and I have enjoyed every single one of them. The instructors are always welcoming and willing to help. They always want you to benefit and learn from their classes. If you are a yoga beginner or a yoga master, i would recommend trying some GROW Yoga classes

(October 20, 2016, 4:17 pm)I absolutely love GROW Yoga!! Every instructor is amazing in their own way. I always leave Class feeling invigorated, centered and that I've had a great work out. GROW Yoga is good for both the body and soul.
(January 30, 2016, 12:03 am)The studio is around the back of where Google Maps brings you, which was a bit confusing. The studio and the instructor were amazing though. I felt so great coming out of my class. Will definitely be going back.
