(May 6, 2014, 9:20 pm)We took our BMW X5 to Family Auto for a coolant leak and they diagnosed the problem and repaired our vehicle in the same day! Erin met us at the front office and was very polite, caring and professional. She answered all of our questions and kept us posted on the progress of our repair. This was our second visit to Family Auto and we have been extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service, fast, expert repairs and good value. I would rate the service here better than the service we received from BMW when our vehicle was under warranty!
