“Joe and his team did a great job! He scheduled renovations so work flowed well. Example: he didn't start demolishing something until all materials were on hand. He and his team were fun. He actively suggested ways to save money without cutting corners and also talked me into spending a little more when it made sense (when he knew I'd be much happier with the extra value or appearance if I spent a little more). He proffered good ideas on how to improve things functionally and aesthetically and was very honest. I initially did not go with his recommendation to install a larger 2nd deck porch and then changed my mind on the size after it was framed out. He just smiled (without saying "I told you so") and found ways to restock some material or use it in other jobs, and saved me money on the change order. I was pleased with J Square's work. J Square does large, medium, and small jobs, renovations, additions and new construction. I highly recommend them!”
