My representative, Ramona, in the Dunkirk location was extremely helpful in assisting me to choose the best mattress for us. She explained the different types and styles based on the information I provided to her. She was very thorough regarding all the mattresses. We are enjoying our new mattress. Thanks to Ramona we are sleeping much better.

Ramona at the Dunkirk location was great to work with. We were between several mattresses for a guest bedroom, and she was very patient with us while we went over the different styles. We got a great deal with her - ask for her when you go into the store!

Very sweet and welcoming. Ramonia was awesome with helping me figure out what I liked more in a mattress. Sid was great with telling me about what I should make sure im not getting out of a mattress and both did a great job with helping me finance and go home with a brand new bed so I sleep better at night

Had a wonderful experience at this store. Ramona was a great salesperson and walked us through the process. She was very knowledgeable about how sleeping positions affect your body and overall health, and was able to answer our questions about the different materials and styles of mattresses. My husband even said he actually enjoyed it. (I mean it's not hard, he was laying down the whole time). We ended up with a great deal on our mattress with 36 at zero interest. I would definitely recommend this over any Nectar mattress or mattresses you by in a box. BTW, I'm also party to a Nectar mattress lawsuit because it ended up giving me asthma. So be wary of where you buy your mattresses from and go to Ramona so she can assist!

She was cognizant of budgets. The delivery service was fast and when I was next up for delivery I could see where the truck was.
