Denise is amazing! She is sooo professional and keeps multiple jobs running smoothly. She is extremely knowledgeable about all of their products from flooring choices to countertops to backsplash. Don't bother going anywhere else! Their prices are competitive and what you get in customer service is well worth every penny.

We recently bought a townhouse and needed new carpeting throughout and venetian blinds. Denise showed us all options and prices and took care of everything. The carpet people did a fantastic job as did the blinds people. The costs were reasonable and the products quality. One stop shopping. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal! I would give 6 stars if I could! We had our carpet redone in all of our bedrooms last month. Denise was able to schedule it conveniently for us, the price was extremely reasonable, and the work itself was fantastic and very quick! Denise is always professional, extremely knowledgeable, and overall an absolute delight to work with, as are the other staff at Abbey Carpet. We will definitely be returning customers when we redo our bathroom tile!

When I contacted her again this past July, Denise was again friendly, knowledgeable and diligent in serving our needs. Duane and his men were prompt, friendly and professional. I waited 30 years to get these floors so I was both excited and very scared. They made sure to inform us every step of the way and answer any questions we had.
