MVA - Prince Frederick

The service was much better. One lady must had retired that waited on me the first time. She didn't know what I was talking about.I went back that next week ,different lady,same question was out in 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable lady.

Went to MVA in Prince Frederick to get a registration for my other car. I didn't have an appointment. There was no one in the waiting room nor being assisted.

It was only a 2-minute wait. The young lady who assisted me did not introduce herself, however she was neatly dressed, polite and courteous. $5 later, I was done. This was the CLEANEST & NEATEST MVA I have ever been to.

Very efficient and courteous staff. Got my stuff done in 20 mn. I also never had the luxury to sit while getting my paperwork done at the counter. An easy 5 stars.

Had to have title work done. I researched the mva website first, found the info i needed and filled out the forms prior to my visit. Staff was very helpful and it was actually was a pretty quick visit.
