This is followed by instructions to seat yourself, then come up to the counter and order. With all of the effort given to explain the procedure rather than have a waitress come to the table and take your order, it seems rather counter-productive and odd. Not to mention, the tips will be meager when having to go to a counter to order versus a waitress taking your order at the table. You might want to rethink this present set-up.”
