  The doctor was so thorough and explained everything to me. I've had annual eye exams, but never really learned anything from them. This location was different. They took the time to explain what was being checked and the result that was found. I purchased frames and lenses for the family and we were completely satisfied with our entire experience in this store.

  I've only gone once but the staff were very patient with me: helped me decide between two pairs of frames after them waiting for me to decide two hours later (apologies to staff, bad decision maker) and three different staff members were very kind to me and genuinely tried to help with my decision.Afterwards, since they had the prescription there to make them,they said they were ready to pick up next day, and were, so got them the day after next since I was busy.

  Dr Alam was amazing. Staff were super helpful and friendly and I’ll definitely be recommending all of my friends and family to come to this location!

  New manager Lisa did an amazing job helping me with my eye care needs.She made excellent recommendations and made me really feel welcome.
  Since she's been there it's amazing how customer service and friendliness have improved 10 fold.
  I really suggest you give this store a try!

  Been going here for several years now. I’m always greeted within a few minutes of entering the store. They have a wide selection of frames to choose from and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. Turn around is about 10 business days (give or take) from the time of ordering. I always stop in to get my glasses adjusted and they’re always happy to help, even if there’s a line, I’m helped within 10 minutes.
