It's hard to put into words how grateful I am to have spent the last 4 years here. This was my wife and I's first place we had together and to have such a good experience like this is something I cannot express into words. The unit we had was clean, well maintained, and spacious. Also CLEAN!!! No pests, no worries at all. The price was extremely fair, especially in a market where living costs are so crazy.

The staff and amenities are also where places usually fall apart, so let's dive into that. The leasing office staff are so friendly and kind, they always help with questions and they return your calls quickly if they need to grab info elsewhere. Maintenance staff is also where we see a huge win here. Most requests during business hours are fulfilled within, like, hours. I had my water heater fail due to age. I think they got a brand new one in before the day was over. I needed a new AC unit, they put a brand new one in within a few business days. They didn't argue or try to make broken equipment limp along, they took care of the problem at the source and were friendly. Mike and Joe are great, and I know my dog is going to miss Mike.

The amenities are also really nice and they add more all the time! The dog park is cool, I didn't partake because I have a senior dog but I see a lot of dogs having fun. They do holiday events and contests. They even added more dog waste disposal areas upon request! They did not have to do that but they did because they care about the community and their grounds.

Piney Ridge cares about their housing and their residents, they are the best in the area (likely all of Carroll) and I would do this all over again. Thank you for nearly 4 amazing years!

Overall a really nice place to live. The apartment is very homey and they continue to keep it up to date. The surrounding area is nice and safe. Only complaint is we were overcharged before we moved but due to the utility company not finding the error, we will not be refunded. Other than that I would recommend living here

This community is top notch and in the most desirable area. It's safe and quiet. There are also many safe walking opportunities within the surrounding neighborhoods, including Piney Run Park within walking distance. Everything you need is within 5 minutes driving. You really can't beat the location. The maintenance team is responsive and the office is as well. The grounds are well maintained and the trash is picked up frequently. My boyfriend and I moved here at the end of August and we honestly do not have one bad thing to say. The community is well kept and safe, maintenance is super quick to fix any issues and are very nice, and our townhouse has been exactly what we need. The patio is so big we that we have been able to fit a full outdoor dining and conversation set which is very nice now that it is warm out. The huge storage closet under the stairs is also a huge plus for storing decorations, extra cleaning supplies, out door stuff, etc. It may not have a bunch of fancy amenities but they spend their money where it matters and truly make it a nice place to live.

I’ve lived here for five years and love Piney Ridge! The staff are always friendly and the maintenance team is lightning fast! They all really care about the residents. The homes are large, beautiful and quiet. There are plenty of closets for extra space and the ceilings are high with solid, quiet walls. There are beautiful patios and balconies for gardens which make a great private view - especially during quarantine! There is a great trash valet service but also large dumpsters which are especially convenient. We have year-round community events, contests and a lot of fun activities set up for kids. It’s pet-friendly and there’s a nice dog park. The community is awesome and I love being so close to stores and restaurants while still being tucked away from the noise. The grounds are always beautiful and well kept, and in the winter sidewalks and parking lots are cleared immediately. I really couldn’t ask for more. This is home!
