Thought I needed new brakes and rotors. Dropped off for 8 am appt and by the time I had reached home, the tech diagnosed what I needed and had a price prepared for me. Said part wouldn't be available until after lunch and gave me an estimated finish time. An hour before estimate, they called to say they were finished. I love it when a company under promises and over performs! Staff was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be back for tires.

THE BEST Place you can take your vehicle for outstanding customer service! These polite and helpful people had the tires i needed in stock when nobody else did! Also, installed, balanced and rotated my tires, all in 25 minutes flat! Ill never try another tire store again.

Its Tuesday 8/24/2021 and I needed 2 new front tires today for a trip to Nashville Thursday. I live in Olive Branch, Ms and Gateway tire and 2 others i checked. either, didn't have my 245/75/16 tires for my truck in stock, or they didnt have the manpower to install them. So, i called Byhalia Tire and Battery in Byhalia, ms. They told me "sure, bring it by and we will take care of you." When i pulled up, they told me to pull into the second bay. From the time i pulled in the bay to the time i left to go home with my new tires, 25 minutes past. Now thats some kind of service when nobody else could even come up with Having tires to install. This is my go to tire store from now on! Thank You!
