(June 12, 2021, 11:28 am)I started practicing pilates with Toby virtually on zoom once a week since the beginning of March. I was a true beginner in pilates when we began. Our one on one sessions are amazing! Toby not only teaches pilates, but also meditation and her pilates are a great mixture. In our sessions she is able to guide me through poses, teaching me how to make the proper adjustments and has really helped me to find a deeper mind body connection. I can’t recommend Pilates with Toby enough to anyone looking to find their own path to a deeper mind body connection and just feel better overall.
