(August 9, 2021, 9:37 am)I've been rent here since November I think. Never had an issue always have access and staff has always been able to answer my questions or concerns. Other than getting the unit I have only been in the office one other time. It was a simple I got a new card and card number dealt with it in a few minutes and was good to go. Staff has always been very nice. Pricing is fair for the small unit I got.
(May 31, 2017, 12:44 pm)Went down to sight check out sizes. The very nice lady there didn't just toss a brochure at me. She walked me back ( did offer a cart ride), to show me the space, explained the facility, told me about more spaces being completed. Left there with a lot of knowledge and a good feeling. When I get my locker next month that's where I'm going.
(January 27, 2017, 11:37 pm)24 hour access, very competitive pricing, fantastic accommodations, friendly staff...I LOVE my storage facility!!! They don't try to *get ya* in any way ever! There are so many places out there that I think are just awful, regarding storage facilities. Twin arch self storage is FANTASTIC and if you're in need, don't waste time or frustration on any other places, THIS IS THE ONE!!
