(December 31, 2021, 10:06 am)I would like to thank Ms. Sue, the owner of the gym, and her son Philip for their kindness and for putting me on the right track when I was lost with my workout goals. Philip help me set up a plan, which has been so helpful. I am looking forward to taking a private session with the trainer Laurie, who I met and who explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. The gym is open 24/7, so there is no excuse not to work out. The gym is large with all the equipment a person needs.
