The wiring had already been installed and the basement was full of furniture and other household effects. (It would have been much easier for him to wire a basement from scratch than fix the electrical work as he had to in our case.) Dave is highly qualified (a long-time member of the electrical board in Carroll County) and dedicated to his profession. He did everything by the book, brought everything up to code, and got all the required permits and inspections done in short order. I can highly recommend him without any reservation.”
