They installed a new submersible well pump, a new constant presssure well tank system, and a new water treatment system (neutralizer and softener). A few months ago, they also installed a new gas water heater. The lead field rep, Vince, is a true professional. He has 30 years of experience, and his depth of knowledge and skill is evident in his work. I place a lot of focus on finishing touches, such as pipes and tanks being perfectly level and square. This sort of quality workmanship is ingrained into Vince’s work standards. Just as noteworthy is his timeliness, patience to address all of my questions or concerns, and respect for my home by constantly cleaning up any mess or water. I am very confident in the work they performed which translates into piece of mind regarding the reliability and integrity of my household water systems.”

“We bought a shed from Red Rose Selections late this spring. We looked around at a few shed companies before deciding on Red Rose. We liked them because their sheds seem to be excellent quality as is typical with Amish sheds, they are highly customizable, affordable, and the folks working there we very knowledgeable and helpful. Our shed arrived about a month ago. It was delivered on time, is well built, and is exactly what we ordered. We had a fairly customized order including a metal roof with plexi panels to allow more natural light in the shed. We used Bedrock Foundations (recommended by Red Rose) for our site-prep, and they did a super job, too. Highly recommend this company. We would certainly use them again.”

“My kitchen cabinets had been pretty badly chewed by my teenager puppy a year ago. I wanted to wait to have them fixed when I was sure that he would not attack them again. I found Furniture Medic online, and it was easy to set up the appointment. I sent him pictures of my cabinets and we agreed on a day. He also gave me a rough estimate. He arrived on time, and worked for over 5 hours on the cabinets and two doors which had been ripped off by my sweet lab. The results were amazing. It is like having a new kitchen! “Follow up to previous review. Delivery crew did a great job of carrying two heavy pieces of the table through the house to the deck. Not a wall or door was touched on the way through. They re-assembled the table and setup the propane fire pit so we could verify it worked correctly. They were very courteous and professional. Our overall experience was excellent, and we plan to return when we are ready to furnish our new front porch.”

“Having plumbing issues two days after Christmas isn't something anyone wants to deal with. However, we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and the technician (Chad) came quickly, he was friendly and took the time to explain everything. Most importantly, he did an excellent job. We had another plumbing issue today that was caused by the clean up service and we called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and specifically asked for Chad. He game out and again provided excellent service. We strongly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but we highly recommend Chad. He is great!”
