They also arrived in much better condition and have SIGNIFICANTLY better pricing. Secondly, the service. Rob is fantastic. He was able to deliver and pick up our units exactly when we asked him to. He took care to place them in good locations and not to damage our property, as well as advising us when we requested a less than ideal location. His service is prompt, friendly and professional. They showed up when they said they would and completed the work right on schedule. They provided us with samples so we could make knowledgeable choices of railing posts, tread thickness, and stain color options. Chris repaired our drywall perfectly, and Jerry installed the stairs and did tons of detailed finishing touches such as baseboard touch-ups. The stairs are so solid. We highly recommend them.”
