Belinda was extremely helpful in setting it up and very through on explaining all the services the bank has to offer. She was also very cheerful and professional simultaneously. In very little time, we were in and out of the bank as new customers. I feel I must also comment on the bank itself. Compared to our former bank that we were with for over thirty years (we are new to Taneytown), NWSB is so much better in every way. It offers so many more services and at reasonable fees. Its interest rates are higher too. The branch in Taneytown is more like a museum than a stereotype bank atmosphere. In fact, the building is charming and the history of Taneytown is depicted in the tasteful photos and captions hung on its walls.
