“This was my first interaction needing an acid neutralizer re-bed and refresh so I called around for quotes. I figured this type of service to be a pretty regular occurrence and pricing to be easy to quote. $250-300 okay great! When it came time to pay it was over 120$ higher than the top margin on the quote. When I called to dispute before paying they said oh, we forgot labor sorry, we can't help. How do you forget an hour of labor? I will be going with my quote from Atlantic Blue next time. I must say the service guys however were very nice and accommodating while I worked on this issue and did a great job with their work. EDIT- A few hours later I received a call-back from Carroll Water extending a refund to return the cost down to their original quote window and apologized. I really appreciate this kind of professional response. Thanks again Carroll Water! 4-stars”
