“Maintenance is phenomenal! I returned home from vacation yesterday and discovered that my air conditioner stopped working in the middle of the night. I called maintenance and shortly thereafter, he returned my call. He traveled all the way from Harford County to come and repair my air. He did not complain and was very professional. This is what I call excellent customer service and tenant care. Both are friendly and pleasant....They never make you feel like a hassle or nuisance. I have lived here for two years and this is the quickest response that I have received regarding any matter (maintenance or non-maintenance) yet. Both maintenance men are respectful and prompt! Great maintenance staff with these two! Thank you both!”

Very calm, professional and confident. He knows his business and answers all questions. He is not quick to offer surgery but takes the approach of least invasive first. Highly recommended.”
