Rey is very clear that he has a 30 day parts and labor guarantee, so he took care of it all. We reported the issue within the week, and he was very accommodating to us! He offered to come out and fix it, and ultimately replaced it with a working dryer. We LOVE the new dryer. You are able to carefully inspect the appliance before you buy it, so I guess I don't understand why the other reviewers chose a rusty washer in the first place? Very happy with the service.
