“02/11/19 - The owner is correct, PNC put a pending $10.00 charge and then changed (lowered) it to $2.50. I have NO IDEA why it is done this way. I was not ripped off as I thought. I apologize to this owner, given today's biz climate we all tend to think the worst... lesson learned here! 02/08/19. The price is clearly posted $2.50 for 4 minutes. I swiped my credit card as opposed to putting in 10 quarters. The next day I checked my VISA account on-line. My VISA card (me) was charged $10.00 or 15 cents a second! NOT $2.50 but $10.00 what a scam and rip off! Oh, I know, it's something I did wrong because THEY wouldn't rip me off... No they wouldn't do a thing like that...it is my fault! I used the wand in a bay to QUICKLY wash off salt & road filth after all the rain this week. I didn't use soap or anything, just high pressure water for 2 -1/2 minutes or 150 seconds. I pressed STOP on the blinking lighted button and then left. Again, all I wanted to do was get the worst crud off before I went home.”
