I am in retail and know how aggravating it is when someone shows up 5 minutes before closing and keeps you there after hours. The 2 guys in the store, Brady and a really cool guy with dreads, were pleasant and happily helped me out, explaining my Pro benefits, up until my departure at least 10 minutes after closing. I never felt rushed out of the store. They continued to recommend certain games for my boyfriend and I, including Detroit. 10 star service.”
