“The pros about these apartments are that the area is decent and pretty quiet. Also the apartments are close enough to the shops and conveniences around town but at the same time far enough away to have peace and quiet. The price for rent isn't bad either. The staff at the leasing office are nice and friendly. The application process is usually very quick and simple. So although these apartments are very basic, they're livable and in good condition. Great for a first apartment especially because of the price. The cons to these apartments are that they're a little out dated and they don't upgrade them much and they're not pet friendly. ”

“We love this place for All you can eat crabs. They have good food great prices, although their staff seems to change every season. Sometimes you can't get a seat without a ling wait, good news is you can get them to go. Home to your kitchen table or picnic table, the CRABS are just as good at any tables.
