“I visited the shop (unexpectedly) as a result of a mix-up at another place. I was met by a friendly Service Manager who immediately informed my that I would be taken care of promptly. The technician who did the work I needed was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly up front about what I really needed to do to get my car in tip top shape. (Alignments can be tricky and he nailed it) The shop isn't all shiny and new but I don't go for the show I want good work. They delivered and made sure every step of the way I knew exactly what was going on. My new tire shop....absolutely!!!!”
