They have great products but the owner is the only person I deal with at this store. I can say that he truly tries to operate in good faith. Unfortunately, one of the employees was rude to us. But, I’m not afraid to provide customer feedback. Upon receiving my feedback, the owner addressed the issue with that employee.
My advice:
If you ever encounter rude or poor service, immediately notify the owner.
