Dawn is an excellent trainer she is very patient and detailed, she always lets you know what muscle you are working and she always has an upbeat personality!

I enjoy the atmosphere and the enthusiasm on the instructor. She challenges you to give your all during the workouts. She keeps the workouts fresh so that you don’t get bored. Plus the variety of called she offer insures that all the muscle groups get a work out. I simply love going to her studio.
