Najee Booker, my management trainee rental agent is excellent. He made sure I had no concerns to address. The process to extend the rental, as repairs were not completed on my vehicle when expected, was completed without difficulty. Both the pick up and the drop off were excellent. I heartily recommend this company, this location and this staff member.

I had the best rental experience I've ever had. It was at Enterprise with Najee as my rental person at the Enterprise rental site in Gentilly. He was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained my contract and add-ons clearly. He checked in my car when I returned and, again, was so helpful with my extra day rental. He got me into my car and on the road efficiently, professionally, and friendly. He also returned me to home with the same great skills. Thank you so much Najee and Enterprise.

The Staff was friendly and the Gentleman that works there went the Extra Mile to ensure that I received a Vehicle. I Highly recommend this location and the Young Gentlemen Customer Service was most Exceptional.

Outstanding customer service by Mr. James at the Chef Menteur Hwy location in New Orleans on December 14th. I was pleaseantly greeted by the staff upon entering the door. Mr. James welcomed me to his area and began to assist me. He was extremely professional and courteous. Great job!

Omg! The staff has been so friendly, and very helpful. I got a car from them but it said low tire
I kept the car anyway. Then later that day I noticed an egg in the back tire as well. I called in and let them know. I was unable to bring it back the same day, but the next day it was on a flat. I called them they got me a new car right away with no problem. The staff was the best. I was in and out.
