I came to this cleaner to dry clean my goose down blanket. I called on a Monday, I was told it would be done by Wednesday. Came in Wednesday afternoon and was told it would be done Saturday morning. I came in Saturday morning and was told it would be done in the afternoon. I came back at 2pm and was told it still was not ready. Finally picked it up Monday morning and it was wrinkled, not pressed and half was partially damp and I had to let it dry myself in my dryer with a tennis ball. Probably won’t be returning to this business.

Edit: Changing my rating to 4 stars. The original attendant who took the blanket was unaware of what took place as I had a talk with someone else over the week. They called me and apologized and offered an incentive to come back. That was extremely kind and it shows they really care about their customers.
