Thank you Mr.Steve !! If ever I need something fixed or managed, I don’t hesitate to contact him through the resident portal. He doesn’t stop until the job is done. He also explains what he is going to do and is very helpful so you can learn how certain things work, for example the washing machine. I truly and greatly appreciate Mr. Steve !!!!!

Steve is absolutely the best, always prompt and professional. I've had several issues in my unit since moving here, but Steve always takes care of it right away, and always leaves a happy face on the ticket to let me know he was there. My experience here so far (8 months) has been very positive in general. The maintenance service is first rate! Steve responded to my request within an hour and quickly resolved the issue on the first visit. Very professional and friendly! I have had a handful of maintenance requests and they were always handled quickly and effectively.

Mr. Steve, is a great Maintenance man always arrival on time. Does a great job when he comes out and very friendly and make sure the job is done correctly until we leave. We live in the townhouses Here for about four years great complex wonderful staff and overall they love to assist there Attendance. Just wanna say thanks Mr. Steve for being a great guy and a wonderful maintenance man for the Complex.

Maintenance is excellent at responding to requests. I've always had service within 24 hours of request. My dryer nob broke off and Steve came the next morning and fixed efficiently in no time. He has fixed other problems around the apartment and always comes prepared for speedy repair.
