Also, out of all other locations I've been to, their staff have been the firsts to always be waiting out of the door with a drink in hand for their customers after the session is done. “I like eating here, the food is good and for a fair price. Staff is polite and friendly. Place is clean for the most part, but every time I come here there is absolutely no napkins, straws or cup lids. They need to keep an eye on that and keep it stacked up. I saw some employees behind the counter just standing around (it was kind of slow at the time) I told them about it and yeah they gave me what I needed but none of them came out to stack the counter.”

“The last time I had firehouse sub was in 2017 BUT, I decided what the heck this is a different location. Unfortunately, today’s dinner was a Vivid reminder of why I never went back to a firehouse. The sandwich was sub par and the honey ham used on the Italian sandwich was overpowering. Quite disappointing. Now you must be wondering why in the world did I rate this franchise a 5star well it ain’t because of their food. THE EMPLOYEES are AMAZING! Especially JD (I’m sorry I hope that is his name). If you are a fan of firehouse sub please support this location. The employees greet you immediately upon entrance, very accommodating especially if they see you’ve been waiting long and the location is clean. I wish I liked the subs but, I don’t. But, that’s just MY personal palate. I’ll stop in again for a drink or dessert. Again if you like Firehouse subs come out and continue supporting this location. Every dollar helps out these hardworking employees during the pandemic!”

“On way to Smyrna DE in 2003 Mercury. In Waldorf MD car gauge indicated that it was running hot. Grandson got out of car to check engine. Noise was loud under hood. Grandson checked GPS to find nearest auto shop. We were approximately 5 minutes from Coleman's automotive. We went there hoping that it was not closed. It wasn't. The owner came out & checked. Immediately he determined that the AC fan to cool the engine while the air condition was running was faulty. He said he could fix it. He ordered the part. Once he rec'd it he put it on the car. We waited about 1. 1/2 hrs for completion & we were on our way. The breakdown was bad but we were in the right place to receive service on a Sat. afternoon. The owner was great & he provided awesome service to us in our time of need. A negative became positive thanks to Coleman's automotive.”
