“I like eating here, the food is good and for a fair price. Staff is polite and friendly. Place is clean for the most part, but every time I come here there is absolutely no napkins, straws or cup lids. They need to keep an eye on that and keep it stacked up. I saw some employees behind the counter just standing around (it was kind of slow at the time) I told them about it and yeah they gave me what I needed but none of them came out to stack the counter.”

“JDS is great. Steve is that rare mechanic you can TRUST - fitting that their location is "Trust Place"! I came to Steve several years ago when nobody else in the area would touch my older Honda because of a suspected transmission leak. Steve did not hesitate to take a look, and it turned out the problem had been misdiagnosed! Steve and team take their time to listen to your concerns and ask clarifying questions. Steve has an impressive and extensive knowledge of MANY makes and models of cars, as well as of their quirks and common problems. He thoroughly explains what's going on with your vehicle, even popping the hood and pointing out parts and systems - and does NOT talk down to you as though you "wouldn't understand" no matter your mechanical experience level. Debbie is a cheerful and supportive voice on the phone, and is clear with suggestions, instructions, and pricing. And that's another thing - when able, JDS offers options to fit your budget, and are not pushy for you to take the most expensive route. I highly recommend JDS Automotive Center for full-spectrum vehicle repairs and maintenance.”

“The last time I had firehouse sub was in 2017 BUT, I decided what the heck this is a different location. Unfortunately, today’s dinner was a Vivid reminder of why I never went back to a firehouse. The sandwich was sub par and the honey ham used on the Italian sandwich was overpowering. Quite disappointing. Now you must be wondering why in the world did I rate this franchise a 5star well it ain’t because of their food. THE EMPLOYEES are AMAZING! Especially JD (I’m sorry I hope that is his name). If you are a fan of firehouse sub please support this location. The employees greet you immediately upon entrance, very accommodating especially if they see you’ve been waiting long and the location is clean. I wish I liked the subs but, I don’t. But, that’s just MY personal palate. I’ll stop in again for a drink or dessert. Again if you like Firehouse subs come out and continue supporting this location. Every dollar helps out these hardworking employees during the pandemic!”

“The entire installation took 3 times longer than it was supposed to but the lady at the front desk was very comforting, patient & even talkative to help pass the time. I was obviously out of energy but she still remained friendly and professional. Not only was she professional but she went out of her way to offer drinks and offered to give my friend a ride home when he was stuck there because the installation was behind. This woman was also in the back doing work with the installers & going over how the entire new system works, step by step with me to make sure I knew what I was doing. I hope this operation recognizes her importance.”
