  Awesome shop. The owner is a close personal friend and the shop doubles as a local hangout and all-around fun place.

  Bill and his crew are always awesome. I’ve been taking my bikes to his shop for 10+ years and my repairs/maintenance are ALWAYS done right the first time. Pricing is always fair and quality is the best on the shore. Forget about going to a dealer shop, you’ll never find better service than Williamsburg. A friendly atmosphere, great people and customer service still mean something at this shop.

  When I inquired about a new set of tires for my '06 Katana, Bill Kennedy gave me his recommendation and estimated price. I completely trust Bill to be spot on, since he has been in the business for several decades. However, since mine and my passengers' lives would be at stake, I wanted to research this a bit more online, so I spent a few days looking at prices and reviews across the web.
  
  As it turned out, he was spot on. The tires had great reviews across the board and the prices online were in the same price range as he had given me, so were very competitive.
  
  When I took the bike in to have the new tires put on, they had me in and out in less than an hour. This included the technician taking the bike for a run afterward to make sure things were right.
  
  Now I am in heaven :) These tires were soooo right for this bike and the difference is amazing. The riding/handling of my bike went from about a 7.5 to at least a 9 out of 10
  
  Thanks for your expertise and great service guys! I will definitely be going back, and would recommend Williamsburg Motor Works to all my friends on 2 wheels.
