“We bought a used car yesterday at Preston ford. Our salesman was top-of-the-line a great guy who did not pressure us but really was interested in what we were wanting and helped us find it. They even cut the price for us when we walked out. So far the car is great. I have two suggestions: Number one it should not have to take four hours to purchase a used car. I actually helped my daughter buy a car there yesterday too and so we ended up being there for four hours times two cars equals eight hours! Much the time was spent waiting around for financing and for various approvals. They’ve got to speed this process up to make it more customer friendly. Secondly the car itself was not really clean inside And there were a couple small things that were broken on the car that they would not fix. That was very surprising. Other than that the manager and the sales people were all very nice and helpful and we appreciated them finding us the right car and not pressuring us. I have bought several cars now over the years from Preston ford and I’m generally happy with the price and service that they provide on sale day.”

No cars in Cambridge, no cars in Easton. Question, how car rental company can be like that? Especially when you ordered exactly small car and they give it to you SUV without any options. Don't wanna say about how mostly rude and horrible stuff in Cambridge but only Grace helped us. We changed car very quickly and kindly way. Thank you again”
