“Absolutely horrible the 1st day I asked for help getting my mother to the bathroom the aide left to get a commode and never returned. No one ever checked on her the entire night. She is here on palliative care I spent the night there with her thank God she was getting out of bed all night. She is a fall risk. The have no side rails or bed alarms I have never changed my rating but after the first day it has improved. They addressed my issues and the staff has been wonderful”
