  We were told by Chrysler to take our Durango here after Tate Chrysler in Frederick failed to fix a recall properly and then ignored us when we voiced our concerns. (we were having brake issues). We are so happy we came to Criswell Chrysler of Thurmont. They went above and beyond to see that we left happy and our vehicle was safe. They even fixed a part for us that was not covered by the recall, and offered us a courtesy vehicle free of charge while our vehicle was being repaired. We worked with James who was knowledgeable, courteous, and easy to get in contact with. I will NEVER again go the the dealership in Frederick since they have no regard for safety. I will ALWAYS return to the Thurmont location in the future even if it is a little out of the way for me, because I feel they are much more trustworthy and care about their customers. I would give this location 10 stars if possible!!!

  Criswell is a very professional dealership. I drove all the way from Maine to purchase a vehicle from Criswell. I was not disappointed. The sales staff and business associates were very professional. I personally did not need many of the typical "extras" and received no pressure to purchase. I will make the drive again for future vehicle requirements.

  This place was awesome. I bought a awesome Jeep Renegade and the whole experience was perfect. Andre Harrison and Jeff Duncan were friendly, explained everything with great detail, and overall great guys. They answered all my questions and helped me pick out the perfect vehicle for my budget. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

  There would have definitely been five stars, but the dealership does not hold vehicles; one we were psyched to purchase was bought the day before we were able to get there.
  
  Otherwise they were great, the dealership has prices that can't be beaten and they really try to make it a good experience, even sales persons who were not directly involved were helpful. Five stars for you, Andre I know you tried, thank you!!

  Great experience! Talked with 3 other car dealer before Criswell and was very disappointed. Did online check last evening. So was met as we pulled into dealership. Keys were in Nicole's hands. Looked at car I was interested in. Talked options. Nicole listened and recommended. Still processing, but will definitely buy here.
