From the first time I started negotiating with Jeff to very end of the process when we were ready to drive our new car off the lot, he was professional and very considerate of our time. The car was detailed to perfection, paperwork completed prior to us arriving so we just had to sign, review the car features, and off the lot we went with our new car. Salesperson Mike Boyce never pressured us and made sure we were getting the vehicle that was right for us. I would highly recommend Mike and the whole Criswell team.

I located them on the internet, worked a great deal on the phone and drove 200 miles to buy my truck. It was the best deal I could find by far. Mike was totally upfront, honest, knowledgeable, and courteous. None of the usual car buying nonsense. Greg in the finance department was great to deal with also. Got me in and out fast and easy. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle I would highly recommend you check them out. You will be glad you did.
