(October 31, 2018, 12:07 am)Great experience working with Gayle and Sarah. My wife and I got a new wood floor in the basement and upgraded carpet throughout the rest of the house. Workers were timely and professional and did a great job with the installation of the new floors. Prices seemed fair and competitive as well. Would definitely recommend to others who are looking for new flooring as they had a great selection of pieces to choose from too.

(July 7, 2018, 6:19 am)Teresa was wonderful to work with. Very patient, informative and knowledgeable. We LOVE our engineered hardwood as well as the luxury vinyl tile that we chose. The installers were phenomenal. Miguel and Enrique were efficient and precise. Truly great at their job. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process and recommend Petersen’s without reservation!

There are an endless amount of options and you can search the internet until exhaustion, ask friends and family until your head hurts; or you can simplify your steps and consult with a specialist at Petersen's. I found zero sales pressure and a very knowledgeable staff that answered and sometimes reanswered my endless questions.
From the representatives that came to measure my home, to the office staff and installers, I found the entire team to display the utmost professionalism. This level of customer service is difficult to find these days and that counts a lot in my book.
The hardwood flooring from Petersen's has changed our home with the character we wanted. The recommendation from Paul was spot on! The installation by Miguel was impeccable! I sought multiple flooring companies and there is not one in the County I will use moving forward due to Petersen's service. I cannot express my gratitude enough. If you are in the market for flooring and your head hurts from all the investigative work, do yourself a favor and walk into Petersen's. You will not be disappointed.

Their staff was so patient and helpful, informing me about each product and its pros and cons for my living space. They helped me choose the perfect carpet and vinyl product for my town home. Installation was scheduled quickly, the process was smooth and painless. I'm thrilled with the products they helped me choose and with the outstanding customer service I received.
