Yes, I've sometimes had to wait to be seen; but I've never had any medical provider where that wasn't the case on occasion. Every doctor I've ever seen there has been excellent and shown a commitment to my well being and that of my kids. That includes treatment for my spinal fusion and my daughter's tumor. This isn't a GP. You may have to wait a little longer, but good care for serious issues is certainly worth the wait.”

“This is one of the best kept secrets of Frederick. He's usually here by 6 in the evening. That's right the evening you don't have to take off of work to drop off your vehicle. I dropped off a vehicle that needed the transmission rebuilt in it and he was able to do that within a 3-day turnaround. Outstanding work and the price was unbeatable. I've talked to four other shops getting a quote in Frederick and this one was by far the fairest. Great guy really knows his stuff. He also restores vintage cars and builds drag racers. This is all an all-around outstanding mechanic shop. My wife has dropped her vehicle off here and he talks to her like a person and does not talk down to her like some other mechanic shops have in Frederick. I can't say thank you enough for your outstanding service and excellent prices.”

“I tried to start my snowblower yesterday, to prepare for today's big snow, and sure enough, no go. Pretty clearly due to sitting too long, and the fuel gunked up something. So I called Bobby today, figuring he'd get to my machine sometime before the next snow. He actually scheduled to come by my house a few hours after my call. After tearing apart the carburetor, cleaning some things out, and putting it all back together - in my garage, mind you, rather than me having to haul it somewhere - he had the thing running within the hour. “My daughter needed her wisdom teeth extracted so we contacted the office because we had an excellent experience with Dr. Wise a few years ago when my 14 year old needed his removed. The staff was attentive and helpful then and they are today. Everyone we interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and patient with our questions. Dr. Mistry's demeanor put me and my 15 year old at ease. He provided a brief overview of the procedure at our first visit, talked with me about the procedure after completing it, and followed up later in the day to check on my daughter. The office is comfortable and conveniently located, with ample parking.”
