They took the time to patiently explain what the issue was and how they were going to fix the issue. Now my home is no longer under the builder warranty but I still reached out to All Around Plumbing when a previous issue resurfaced. They are a compassionate team of people, from owner, to appointment line, to Techs and went above and beyond to quickly resolved my issue and extended the warranty on the part. We had attempted to fix this ourselves but was unsuccessful. I received the referral from a local appliance supply company that said Mike's Appliances did great work. I called and spoke directly to the owner about my challenges and he said he would get someone out as soon as possible and gave me an estimated cost of the service. They arrived when expected, did an amazing job, and the cost was consistent with the service provided. The service guy was very nice and extremely patient. “We found Ray by chance and it was the best experience we could have asked for. Ray completely transformed our home and it has exceeded our expectations. Ray installed crown molding in three rooms and chair rail without a seam to be found and painted two rooms. The biggest transformation was to our builders grade oak cabinets, which have been completely enhanced with molding, fresh paint, and new hardware. Savings us thousands of dollars.
