“I am seriously impressed with the customer service at Ourisman Volvo. Our Volvo developed a serious brake problem while we were traveling through town for the holidays. George at the service department saved the day ten times over, first sending a shuttle to pick us and our toddler up off the side of the highway, then getting us into a loaner car quickly so that we could continue our holiday travels. They fixed the car and provided great communication and customer service all the way through.
