  Middletown Valley is an exemplary apartment complex! Our property manager and staff are absolutely the best! The grounds are always clean, and the living space is fantastic! A washer/dryer in the unit! Wow! Such a fair price...great unit...plenty of space, and a fine balcony and view...and very responsive and helpful staff, make Middletown Valley a must destination if you seek an apartment in Frederick County!

  We love living here. Vanessa couldn't have been more helpful through the whole process of looking at apartments and making arrangements. Our neighbors are friendly and pleasant, and our apartment is in great shape. Vanessa had her team install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom where there hadn't been one before. We didn't even know it would be there: she just did that.
  
  We have had a couple maintenance issues since moving in a little over three months ago, and Vanessa and her maintenance staff have been really helpful, fixing the problem right away and with all the courtesy and care you could ask. We even had a mix up where we accidentally paid double rent one month, and Vanessa helped us work that out, too.
  
  This apartment complex is in one of the best locations of Middletown, within easy walking distance of "downtown," and in a safe and clean neighborhood. We look forward to living here as long as possible.

  I normally don't like writing reviews but I had to because I enjoy living here so much. I can't say enough about the staff. The property manager, Vanessa, is the best. She is always available if I need help with anything. She is very personable and down to earth. Maintenance has always been able to make any repairs or adjustments in a timely manner.

  I've been a resident of Van Meter Properties for at least 8 years and give them five stars. During my my tenure at Middletown Valley Apartments I can honestly say that the management really care about their tenants. When I have had to call the for maintenance service they have always responded promptly and have corrected the issue in a very reasonable time.
  Vaneesa Mahmoodi is a top notch property manager, she treats everyone with respect and always is available to answer questions, she has gone above and beyond my expectations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIDDLETOWN VALLEY APARTMENTS.
