I'm so grateful to the professionals at Horman Nichols, LLC! I was hit from behind by a 45 passenger bus, but the bus was "borrowed" from the driver's employer without permission. The company's insurance doesn't cover anywhere outside of a 25 mile radius of the bus company home office, but they offered me a $500 settlement to go away.

Because of this offer, my insurance company refused my uninsured motorist claim.

The driver dodged getting served a subpoena. Once finally served, he claimed he does not have insurance.

Through Horman Nichols suit was filed against the bus company, the driver, & my insurance company. In the end, they settled out of court.
