One of the nicest gyms in Frederick. Josh has created a warming and welcoming atmosphere and everyone is so nice and supportive. Oh, and the membership price is reasonable as well.

Awesome facility and phenomenal owners/staff. Glad I made the switch from my previous gym to here. Everyone comes to this gym with a purpose, to simply better themselves as a person and/or athlete.

I’ve never found a gym that’s affordable, while providing a community and atmosphere that’s welcoming to all. You can go and feel totally isolated or meet new friends left and right, whatever you need to accomplish your goals. My progress since starting here in October is 10x over years at commercial gyms where equipment to member ratio sucks and other members don’t care.

Checked out Hometown Barbell today and excited to say it won’t be the last visit!

Facility entry was hassle free and it had everything we needed for our lift. Needless to say we had an amazing lift and the crowd was super friendly as well!

This is the gym to be at when you want to lift heavy in a great atmosphere. Top racks and bars and equipment with Kilo & LB plates.
The guest pass system is the easiest, smoothest process. My wife & I went here as guests and it honestly felt more like home than our usual home gym. Will be visiting again!
