The design was thoughtfully done and the suggestions made during this process was an improvement over what we initially wanted the design to be. Installation team was professional and wonderful to work with. They were respectful of our space and cleaned up as they worked. We were looking for a closet organizer to upgrade my Mother-in-Law's walk-in closet. The company we would hire would need to rise to the challenge of organizing my Mother-in-Law's epic collection of animal print fashion, to include casual and formal wear, and, of course, shoes. Our selected contractor would need to make it fabulous and on a budget. To answer our call, a local Maryland company, Wow Your Closet sent Paul, aka The Man in the Green Hat, aka Mr. Ponytail. Paul arrived promptly on a Saturday during the Thanksgiving weekend. He showed up fully prepared and professional with options and samples, and 3D computer modeling software to assist in our design. Paul knew his stuff on closets, but more importantly, he listened to my Mother-in-Law's preferences for her closet. After gathering all the data, measurements and all, Paul went to work on his computer. He created a very useful 3D model of the prospective organized closet. It was perfect, and made my Mother-in-Law giddy with excitement. Paul continued to work with us through the afternoon in balancing the quality of the design with our budget preferences. He calculated a great price for us, and we cannot wait. The Man in the Green Hat walked off into the sunset that day leaving us with anticipation of an amazing walk-in closet he helped us design. Charlie and the installation team were awesome to work with for our closet system. We really appreciated Charlie accommodating our schedules for the consultations and the installation. He had the creative mind to design the exact closet system we wanted to fit our needs. Even when one shelf was missing on installation day, the team was efficient in communicating and getting us the piece custom cut and delivered quickly. The quality of materials is great, and we've had a very easy time using the whole system as designed. We have a few future projects planned and would be happy to work with this team again!
