Very nice, small office. Front desk staff is great, quick and easy to get an appointment. Therapist is excellent!

Shannon took her time with getting to know my injuries and limitations. She tailored an exercise plan that pushes me my pace. She is obviously experienced and knowledgeable and I enjoy working with her.

I made an appointment with Shannon based on a recommendation from a friend that I trust. I am very satisfied with her extensive knowledge and understanding of how physical therapy techniques can and should be applied to individual patients. She does not waste my time with exercises that are not relevant and focuses on making sure my technique is good enough…not perfect!

NovaCare in Ijamsville is excellent! As a physical therapist myself I wanted to go to an exceptional clinic and I found Nova Care which was also close by to me which was a bonus .Shannon Byers, DPT is wonderful. She listened to my issues and came up with the best treatment plan tailored for me and my musculoskeletal issues in my neck , back and legs. She is also excellent with dry needling! I definitely felt better dealing with chronic issues and woukd not hesitate to return to NC again . Also the staff is very friendly and kind and the clinic was cozy but states the art !
