I requested same day service and was told I would hear back later. They called me back soon after and confirmed they would be able to come. I requested a call before they arrived which they did. Todd, the plumber, and his helper answered my questions in an honest way so that I immediately felt at ease with them. Through their answers and the information, I agreed to have the faucet replaced. They worked diligently and left everything clean afterwards. I found their prices to be reasonable and worthwhile for the level of service provided. I plan on referring them to my loved ones and to continue to use them. The whole experience was much smoother than what I could have hoped for because as a homeowner I have often received below average service from service providers.”

“I’ve used Murphy’s Plumbing for 7+ years and perhaps on 10 service calls. We’ve had our communication issues at times...but all in all, they always pull through and provide a solid service. I have used a few other plumbing companies and will be sticking with Charles Murphy. My original review was 3-stars. They were very old school and not responsive early on. They are really striving hard to be a 5-star operation in both plumbing and customer care.”

“Clyde and Zack did a great job at my Apartment home in Gaithersburg. They were friendly, professional, and amazing at their job. Thorough, they wanted to make sure everything was right the first time, and did not leave until they were satisfied the job was complete and accurate. The repairs and improved installation of my hot water heater is phenomenal. They showed me what I needed to know to adjust the heater, and the welding and work on the pipes was impressive. “All Around Plumbing is who my builder used, so when it came to getting warranty work done they were who I called. The Techs were always punctual and clearly knowledgeable. They took the time to patiently explain what the issue was and how they were going to fix the issue. Now my home is no longer under the builder warranty but I still reached out to All Around Plumbing when a previous issue resurfaced. They are a compassionate team of people, from owner, to appointment line, to Techs and went above and beyond to quickly resolved my issue and extended the warranty on the part. Their attention to customer service is superior and second to none. I can't beat their convenient location, either. They're just down the street. This company Rocks!!!”

“We are super impressed with this company. We have so far used them twice, once this winter for a burst pipe, and just this morning when our kitchen sink wasn’t producing any water. They were accommodating and able to send someone out immediately for the kitchen sink but Suzanne suggested she talk to the parts department to see if it could possibly be an easy fix we could do ourselves. She called back within minutes after and told me how to check on that easy fix. I’ve been in situations where a company would still send someone out and charge the full price to make that simple fix, so I definitely appreciate them saving me time and money. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my plumbing needs.”
