I found compassionate doula services while desperately trying to nurse my 3rd kid. I thought after doing this two times already the 3rd time will be a piece of cake but this last kid has proven me wrong. I was able to get an appointment quickly! Keauna was prompt, kind, she took her time with us, understanding of my breast feeding goals, encouraging and compassionate. All the things you need while going through such an emotional time. By the next morning after her visit I was able to maintain a consistent latch with my son. Within a few days we were able to exclusively breast feed without supplementation and his weight was on track. Keauna was a God send!!!

Keauna has been such a great asset to my family and I as first time parents. I specifically wanted to make sure that my breastfeeding journey was going in the right direction and that I could provide for my little one. I questioned my ability, my supply, and scenarios where I didn’t know what was happening. She was there to walk me through situation and help me feel confident in my journey. Many resources were also provided to make this a better experience for us. I would highly recommend her to anyone as a lactation consultant. Best investment and you will not regret it!

Let me tell you…Keauna is awesome! Even though she came along to help me after my second child, she made this postpartum experience much more pleasant than the first. I didn’t really know what to expect at first but she jumped right in as soon as she walked through the door and helped me to feel more relaxed and focus in on the important aspects of postpartum. She’s super knowledgeable and has a wealth of good resources to use even after she’s gone. She helped me organize and sort the baby clothes, did a load of laundry/dishes, and most importantly, helped to successfully tweak and continue my breastfeeding journey (which I failed the first time around). Furthermore, she helped me to develop a plan for staying healthy and happy in my “4th trimester.” I’m truly thankful for the care and kindness she showed to me and my family and I would HIGHLY recommend her for postpartum doula services. She truly is a “Compassionate Doula!”

Keauna is incredible! I am a first time mama who was struggling to continue breastfeeding my daughter after a tongue and lip tie revision. I wanted to give up so many times. I had a great experience with Keauna! There are no words to describe how instrumental she was in adjusting to motherhood. During our consultation she stressed how she is there for ME! As a mother, you sacrifice so much and knowing that you have someone there just to support you is invaluable. She is very knowledgeable and taught me about breastfeeding and how to care for my baby as well as teaching me how to take care of my needs. Her services that she offers are amazing. I did not know I needed a postpartum doula until I learned what all was offered. She allowed me to prioritize my needs and the needs of the baby. It was not hard to trust her! She is great! She is a friendly person and literally feels like she is part of my family. It was such a delight to have an adult to bounce ideas off of and confirm or calm my fears/anxieties. My husband also felt comfortable with her which is not an easy task. I tell everyone that you need Keauna! You will not be disappointed with how professional she is and how much knowledge she has!
