(February 15, 2019, 10:02 am)Being a plow driver can be pain enough, with the snow comes breakdowns and equipment failure. Before I even had to come here for plow equipment issues I had heard a lot of great things about Intercon. Knowledgeable staff, sell and install good quality truck beds and plow equipment, but as I have come to enjoy the over the top friendly and helpful staff is what has me singing. Case in point a guy whom works in parts, Russell I believe it is, has been more than helpful with with my VBX8000. I apparently am one of a select few to ever break the feeder auger. Not only has Russell ordered parts for me, but has gone through a lot of lengths to help me get the auger input shaft sooner than later the mail can bring it. It's obvious to me that not only do they see what the problems are but they are dedicated to helping their customers get back in the snow making money. I will definitely be coming back in the future as great places like this are hard to find. Russell thanks again, you seen a guy struggling to make it and you have single handedly made an already tough situation a whole lot easier. Thank you so much for that.
(March 27, 2017, 9:03 am)Top notch! I have been in business for over 20 years and have had quite a bit of fabrication work done and it's hard to find such a quality company to work with. These guys do what they say they are going to do for a reasonable price and the work is fantastic! The attention to detail and quality assurance is great!
